Plans and pricing
The full plan reference — features, limits, and pricing for v1.0.
Follow The Spend ships with four plans on monthly billing only. Annual plans are post-v1.
Pricing shown in INR for India and USD elsewhere, automatically detected from your IP at checkout. There is no toggle — geographic pricing is binding once you start a subscription.
The four v1.0 plans

All plans include the same features — every plan gets Pulse, Attribution Models, Visitor Journeys, the full KB, and email support. The only difference is the order capacity.
What's an "order" for billing?
Same as Shopify's definition: a successfully placed order, regardless of size, payment method, or fulfillment state. Refunded orders still count toward the month they were placed. Cancelled orders (cancelled before payment capture) don't count.
The count resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens if you exceed your plan's order limit
We use a soft cap, not a hard cap:
- Orders past the limit continue to track normally — your data is never gated
- A banner appears in Pulse warning you've exceeded the plan
- An email goes to your account owner suggesting an upgrade
- If you stay over for two consecutive months, we'll reach out personally before any cap behavior changes
The intent is clear: we never want to lose your data because of a bill cycle. Upgrade when it makes sense for you, not because we're holding hostage.
Geographic pricing
Pricing is set at signup based on your IP country (using Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry header):
- IN (India) → INR pricing
- All other countries → USD pricing
Once your subscription starts, the currency is locked. Moving countries doesn't change your billing currency unless you cancel and re-subscribe.
