How to read the KB
- Concepts first. If a feature confuses you, check the matching concept page before the feature page. Most "this is broken" moments turn out to be a vocabulary mismatch.
- Cross-links everywhere. Articles link to related concepts, related features, and related troubleshooting steps. Follow them — they're curated, not exhaustive.
- Search is fastest. The search box (top right, ⌘K) indexes both Guides and Docs. Type a metric name, an error message, or a phrase from your dashboard and the right article usually surfaces.
What's missing — and what's coming

If you hit a question that isn't answered here, email hello@followthespend.com — that's how we decide what to write next.
